Isolation Monitoring Device IMD100

Isolation Monitoring Device IMD100 is used to ensure safe energy transmission in connections between solar power plants and electrical grids, as well as in IT networks such as those found in hospitals. It continuously monitors the insulation resistance and, in the event of a potential fault, sends a signal to open or close the circuit breaker via its integrated relays, thereby protecting the network and ensuring safe operating conditions.

IMD100 is an advanced isolation monitoring device that continuously monitors electrical insulation levels to ensure the safety of both people and equipment. It is specifically designed for uninterrupted safety in critical applications such as solar power plants, hospitals, hydroelectric plants, and industrial facilities.

🔍 Main Purpose of the Device

IMD100 continuously monitors the electrical insulation resistance and, in the event of a potential leakage or fault, sends open or close commands to the connected breaker systems via its integrated relay outputs. In this way, the network remains isolated, and the system is automatically protected against electrical hazards.
